The Army has informed me that I will be sent to ‘Bama somewhere between a week from now and several months.

Orders are as follows:

Looks like I’m going to Alabama.

But in keeping with the joke there is no date given, just a recommendation that I attend the next available IERW* class.

To heap even more confusion into this, I believe this action promotes me to W.O.C.** I have no clue what all that entails except that I am now non-deployable.

*Initial Entry Rotary Wing (Helicopter school for the non aviation savvy)
